We take your privacy seriously and work to protect your personal and health-related information.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
- We may share information with trusted service providers who help us deliver SMS messages (for example, RingCentral or other communication platforms), but only so they can provide services on our behalf.
- We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information.
6. Third-Party SMS Providers
We may use third-party providers, such as RingCentral, to send and receive SMS messages. These providers process your phone number and message content so that we can communicate with you. These providers are required to protect your information and use it only to deliver our messages. Your mobile carrier and SMS provider may also collect data related to your use of SMS, which is governed by their own privacy policies and terms.
7. Your Responsibilities
